Our Business Process

Design Studio
Garment design is an integration of all the design elements including colour, texture, space, lines, pattern, silhouette, shape, proportion, balance, emphasis or focal point, rhythm and harmony. Each of these contributes towards the visual perception of the garment. The contemporary design studio wherein the latest trends and techniques are deployed for garment design is equipped with the most up-to-date software that facilitates pattern making, 3D imaging, graphics and draping.
Cutting & Spreading
The main purpose of cutting section involves cutting garment panels precisely, consistent with the pattern shape and size as well as economically and in a necessary volume to keep the sewing department supplied with work. Spreading is a preparatory operation for cutting. The main aim of the spreading process is to lay the several fabric plies essential for the production process to the marker length without any tension on the fabric.
Stitching
It is a process that requires a high degree of dexterity and astute precision. To ensure this, we have a team of skilled personnel who work towards stitching perfection with 50 imported sewing machines. There are 5 production lines maintained in our company. This is the main assembly stage of the production process, where sewers stitch fabric pieces together, and a garment is assembled. Computerized sewing machines (costly), can be programmed to sew a specific number of stitches to perform a standard operation, such as setting a zipper or sewing a collar.
Printing
Textile printing is the process of applying colour to fabric in definite patterns or designs. In properly printed fabrics the colour is bonded with the fibre, so as to resist washing and friction. Our trendy print designs leave inspiring impression that comply with the ever changing trends and needs of the customer. To offer a complete range of print options, we have installed state-of-the-art placement printing machines which facilitate various types of prints like reactive, discharge, pigment, plastisol, high density, flock, rubber etc.
Embroidery
Embroidery section is one of the most important sections of apparel manufacturing industry. Embroidery is a decorative process that adds product value to the customer. In the past embroidery had done by using manual method. But now a day, it is done by applying computerized method. In ready-made apparel sector, computerized embroidery machine helps to produce very complex design within a very short period of time. Enabling intricate designs, our embroidery division is housed with 03 imported machines from Japan equipped with 30 heads with capable of delivering quality stitches per day.
Quality Checking
Quality means customer needs is to be satisfied. Failure to maintain an adequate quality standard can therefore be unsuccessful. But maintaining an adequate standard of quality also costs effort. Steam boilers provide steam at required temperatures for pressing and drying. The garment is then completely checked for defects. Japanese Needle detector machines have been installed for 100% metal-free products.
Packing
Garment packaging is the process of wrapping, compressing, filling or creating of goods for the purpose of protection and their appropriate handling. This is the final process in the production of garments, which prepares the finished merchandise for delivery to the customer. Packing is done with the most meticulous attention. In-house stuffing is carried out with great care. Highest standards are complied with from expert packing to safe dispatch and delivery.
